This product comes with a charging cable, but without an adapter. The charging cable has a pogo pin connection. Make sure to use a 5 Volts 1 Amp charger. Using a different power adapter may cause irreparable damage to the luminaire.
First charge must be a minimum of 8 hours.
Do full charges so as not to shorten the life of the battery. The battery is full when the red indicator light stops flashing.
Clean carefully with a dampened soft cloth, adding a little soap only if necessary. Do not use any cleaning materials containing harsh chemicals.
Treat your Oloha like regular lighting and store it indoors when it rains or is not used.
Do not store in winter in an unheated space. During the off-season, or if you are not using your light for an extended period of time, do a recharge every three months to keep the battery active.
Lost charging cable? Please note that we do not sell them. Why not? Because we have enough cables and chargers at home. You surely have one that fits our product. The charger must be an Adapter max. 5 Volts 1 Amp.

Can I use Oloha outdoors?

The Oloha is designed for both indoor and outdoor use, making it the perfect companion for summer evenings, from sunset until late into the night. It's important to bring it inside during rain to prevent water damage.

Wallmounting: It doesn't harm Oloha when some water would collect in the lower part of the shade/dish when mounted vertically. Use Oloha in a covered area to prevent direct rain or sprinkler water etc. from collecting in the shade/dish.

Table use: For table use, it's recommended to use oloha in a covered area. The shade/dish will collect water when direct rain and sprinkling water can enter.

Winter Storage Tip: During the long winter months, store the Chap-O in a temperate indoor space to protect it from extreme cold and prolong its lifespan. Proper care will ensure your Oloha continues to light up your nights for years to come.

How to clean the Oloha lamp?

It is best to clean the Oloha carefully with a soft cloth and lukewarm water. If you want to use soap, make sure it’s a neutral soap. Oloha doesn't like cleaners with chemicals or bleach. And never open the lamp while cleaning it!

How does the battery of my Oloha work?

If this is your first time using Oloha, it should charge for at least 8 hours. Afterwards, 4.5 hours is enough.

How long can my Oloha lamp stay lit?

A fully-charged lamp remains lit for more than 10 hours (at 100% brightness) and up to 99 hours at the lowest brightness setting. Please make sure to use a 5V 1amp adapter to charge the Oloha.

Can the brightness of the Oloha be adjusted?

The brightness of Oloha can be adjusted by pressing and holding the button on front of the lamp. The brightness will loop up and down and will fix into position once the button is released. Pressing twice (while the lamp is on) will allow you to switch to 100% and 10% brightness imediately.

What kind of charger should I use for my Oloha?

We recommend to use a 5V 1amp charger for your Oloha to guarantee the most efficient charging procedure and to extend the lifecycle of the batteries.
