Fred's Chair
Ultra-comfortable outdoor chair
The seat on this inviting bistro chair is rounded like a cushion, making the chair extra comfortable. The smile-shaped opening ensures that rainwater can run off the seat, so you don't need to wipe it dry every time there's a bit of rain. The slats are flattened for a comfortable back fit. Fred has thought of absolutely everything.
Fred's Armchair
Round and friendly
The rounded shapes make these outdoor patio armchairs both charming and inviting. They've been designed with comfort in mind. The back slats and armrests are flattened for a comfortable fit and the seat itself is rounded like a cushion. The smile-shaped opening ensures that rain water runs easily off the chair, so you don't have to grab a towel every time it rains.
Perfect match
These outdoor bistro chairs are a perfect match for Fred's Table, our large outdoor table, and Fred's Bistreau, the smaller round bistro table. Another handy feature: you can easily stack 4 bistro chairs at a time to save space. How many will you choose?

How to care for your Fred collection?
Our Fred’s collection is made from aluminium with a powder coating that protects your Fred’s from the sun, rain and wind. This material is easy to maintain and is perfect for outdoor use.
- Clean regularly with a soft cloth: Clean your Fred’s products regularly with a soft cloth to ensure dirt doesn’t stick to the coating.
- That potted plant looks great, but... Please note! Don’t leave items such as a potted plants in the same place for too long, because that will cause stains.
- Remove bird droppings promptly: It is best to remove bird droppings as quickly as possible. The coating works really well against the elements, but the acids in bird poop can eat away at the coating.
- Don’t use covers: Please note: powder-coated aluminium outdoor furniture doesn’t do well under a cover. In fact, keeping your furniture under a cover may damage the coating. Would you like to store your Fred’s product for longer periods, such as during the winter? The best way to optimise your product’s lifespan is to store it somewhere, like in the garage. You can unscrew the table legs and stack the chairs to take up as little space as possible.
- Store indoors when not in use: During winter or long periods, store the furniture in a sheltered area.
- Thorough cleaning: Clean your Fred’s products thoroughly at least twice a year with plenty of water and a mild, liquid soap. This repels dirt and reduces wear and tear on the coating.
-
Freshen up the coating:
- Use a standard (non-abrasive) car wax product to provide your Fred’s products with an extra protective layer. Read the car wax instructions carefully before use.
- Make sure you have cleaned your Fred’s product with a mild, liquid soap beforehand, and then given it a good rinse to remove all the soap. After the rinse, wait until your Fred’s set is completely dry before applying the car wax.
- Try the car wax first on a small invisible patch of coating, such as on the bottom of the table or a chair. Apply a layer of car wax, leave it to dry (check the car wax instructions for drying times) and then rub the wax with a clean cloth to polish the surface.
