  • This product comes with a charging cable, but without an adapter. The charging cable has a USB connection. Make sure you use an Adapter max. 5 Volts 2 Amp. Using a different power adapter may cause irreparable damage to the luminaire.

  • First charge must be a minimum of 5 hours.
  • Do full charges so as not to shorten the life of the battery. The battery is full when you have the green light indicator.
  • Clean carefully with a dampened soft cloth, adding a little soap only if necessary. Do not use any cleaning materials containing harsh chemicals.
  • Treat your Edison the Mini like regular lighting and store it indoors when it rains or is not used.
  • Do not store in winter in an unheated space. During the off-season, or if you are not using your light for an extended period of time, do a recharge every three months to keep the battery active.

    The lamps feature an ingenious charging system – the power supply connects to the magnetic clips on the base of the lamp. The other end is a USB plug.

    How to clean the Edison the Mini lamps?

    It is best to clean the Edison the Mini carefully with a soft cloth and lukewarm water. If you want to use soap, make sure it’s a neutral soap. Edison the Mini doesn't like cleaners with chemicals or bleach. And never open the lamp while cleaning it!

    How does the battery of my Edison the Mini work?

    If this is your first time using Edison the Mini, it should charge for at least 5 hours. Afterwards, 3 hours is enough. Your Edison the Mini has a magnetic connection point for the charger. It’s located under the base. If you hold the charger’s magnetic connector near the bottom, it'll automatically click into place with the connection point. The three-headed USB cable can charge three Minis simultaneously. Always charge them indoors. A red light will appear next to the connector while the lamp is charging. When the lamp is charged, it will be green for about one minute.

    What kind of charger should I use for my Edison the Mini?

    We recommend to use a 5V 2amp charger for your Edison the Mini to guarantee the most efficient charging procedure and to extend the lifecycle of the batteries.
