Love the design, but not comfortable

I think this is a great design and high quality hammock, but it’s not comfortable. I am 6’3 and weight 225. It is said to hold yo-yo 330 lbs. I find my bottom touching the frame or even sometimes my back. It dips so much in the middle that I’m not being cradled like other hammocks, this is also causing a sore neck. I’m sorry for this review. I really love everything about it,
It seems it needs to be pulled apart more, maybe?. But the frame it comes with is not adjustable.:(.
Hope this can help with perhaps any future changes!!.
