    Yes, over time, the filling may compress with use. You can refill your Slim Velvet to restore its firmness.

    How do I refill my Slim Velvet bean bag?

    Refilling is best done by two people: Open the Velcro of your Slim Velvet and unzip the inner bag slightly. Cut a corner of the refill packaging. Place the refill with the cut corner into the bean bag chair, ensuring it also enters the inner pocket. Keep the refill bag and the opening of the Slim Velvet connected while the other person pours in the desired amount of filling. Close the zipper and the cover of your beanbag. If you have any refill left over, you can keep it for future use.

    Use a wet cloth to gently cleanse the area by patting it. For more stubborn stains, dry cleaning is recommended. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or bleach.
